We offer a variety of modern rental homes including upstairs/downstairs and sidexside duplex suites with 1–4 bedroom and with 1–2.5 bathrooms.

2. Are utilities included in the rent?

All of our units will include water, sewer and trash in the rent. Some of our units include gas, electricity in the monthly rent.

Individual listings will specify whether utilities are included or if certain services (like power or gas) are tenant responsibility.

3. Is Kensington Living a pet-friendly community?

7. What is required for move-in?

An approved application, as well as a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required to secure your unit. Rent is due on the first day of each month. We’ll provide all move-in instructions and paperwork once your application is approved.

8. What appliances come with the home?

Most units include:
